Operations Assistant/Condo Processor

What's the role?

Proper Rate is looking to hire a successful, experienced condo Processor to help support our Loan Origination team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order and review several necessary online system checks and a variety of mortgage loan documentation
• Must have working knowledge of condo guidelines
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Order and review documents from managing agents and looping in attorneys when needed
• Maintain database of points of contact to keep docs current
• Strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail and strong communication/phone skills
• Maintain close communication with Managing Agents and HOA companies to obtain necessary documents.
• Serve as point of contact in condominium underwriting guidelines, policies and procedures.

Competencies:

• Experience processing condo home-owner's association documents for mortgages is strongly preferred but not required
• Experience processing mortgages in general is a requirement
• Attention to detail, time management, excellent communication skills required
• Customer service and strong tech skills (outlook, Microsoft office, and various website navigation) required. Encompass experience highly desired
