With over 25 years in the business and 20 years in management with both Sales and Operations, she strives to provide the most elite experience from point of sale to closing. Proper Rate is an exciting company to be a part of as we have the most top tier professionals, technology, and service. Traci lives in the Chicago suburbs with her fiancée and their blended family of 4 amazing children. In her spare time, she loves being a hands-on mom, cooking for her family, and traveling to new places.

Two decades later, Moran serves as Proper Rate’s Executive Vice President, where his passion for helping people buy homes comes through in building, supporting and mentoring an elite team of customer-focused loan officers. A big believer in the integration of technology and personal service, Dan loves being a part of a company that puts equal emphasis on leading the industry in both categories. Dan is the father of twins – one boy and one girl. In his free time, he loves to spend time outdoors, angling and snowmobiling.
